Story :- लालची कुत्ता, (The Greedy Dog) - लालच बुरी बला है |
एक बार कुत्ते को हड्डी का टुकड़ा मिला, वो काफी बड़ी हड्डी थी | कुत्ते ने सोचा कि आज तो दावत हो गई, कुत्ते ने हड्डी अपने घर जा कर खाने की सोची, कुत्ते ने हड्डी अपने मुंह में दबाया और घर की तरफ बढ़ने लगा !
जब कुत्ता अपने घर जा रहा था तो रास्ते में एक तालाब था, कुत्ते ने जैसे ही तालाब में देखा तो उसे अपनी परछाई दिखी। कुत्ते ने सोचा कि तालाब में एक और कुत्ता हड्डी लिए है, उसे लालच आ गया, और उसने सोचा क्यों ना इस कुत्ते की हड्डी भी छीन लू, जैसे ही कुत्ते ने नदी में छलांग लगायी...उसकी अपनी हड्डी भी पानी में बह गयी, और वह भूखा ही रह गया ||
शिक्षा - लालच बुरी बला है |
हमारे पास जो है, हमें उससे संतुष्टि करनी चाहिए।

When the dog was going to his home, there was a pond on the way. As soon as the dog looked into the pond, he saw his reflection. Moral - Greed is a bad evil.
We should be satisfied with what we have.
